Wedding Bells – Louise and Sam

Louise and her bridesmaids prepared for the wedding at the Hotel Una, in Brighton’s Regency Square by the renown West Pier and the i360 tower.

The venue for the ceremony was the fabulous Royal Pavilion in Brighton – with its Indian inspired exterior and Chinese inspired interior.  The wedding vows were exchanged in the Red Room and afterwards photographs of the Bride and Groom were taken in the awe inspiring Music Room, and the guests were photographed outside on the exclusive King’s Lawn.

After the ceremony, a Big Lemon bus transported the entire wedding party to the Alfresco restaurant on the Brighton seafront for the wedding reception.

Wedding Bells – Lucy and Abdi

Lucy and Abdi tied the knot at Hillside – a Georgian styled house in Rottingdean, a pretty coastal village on the Sussex coast.

The Bridal party prepared for the wedding in a nearby convent, and on the short walk to Hillside, Lucy was cheered by the crowd attending the local summer fete.

The ceremony itself was conducted within a large heart shape mown into the meadow in the grounds of the house, with the guests sitting on covered hay bales. The reception took place in the large barn next to the meadow.  Despite showers being forecast, there was hardly any rain to dampen Lucy and Abdi’s wonderful day!

Wedding Bells – Hayley and Ian

Linda and I were delighted to be asked to capture the Wedding of Hayley and Ian.  The venue for the ceremony was Holmbush House near Hellingly in East Sussex, and the reception was held at the Garden Room in Hove.

Following the ceremony, we stopped to take photos near Eastbourne’s Belle Tout lighthouse, and near the Long Man of Wilmington.  Although the weather forecasts weren’t too brilliant, the rain held off to give us a rather perfect day!

Wedding Bells – Jenny and Paul

Jenny and Paul married in a ceremony at the PowderMills Hotel near Battle in East Sussex, followed by their reception at the Leeford Place Hotel in Battle.

The theme of the wedding was colour; each of Jenny’s bridesmaids dresses was the colour of the dress that Jenny wore at each of their weddings, – even the groom’s cravats were colour coordinated!

Kevin and Angie’s Wedding

Kevin and Angie tied the knot in the gorgeous setting of the Royal Pavilion in Brighton – the scene of their first date, and afterwards at the Revolution Bar in Brighton’s busy West Street – a few yards from the seafront.

The ceremony was held in the Pavilion’s Red Room, and photos were then taken in the Music Room.

Linda and I were commissioned to capture the day. Here’s a few photographs taken by us of Kevin and Angie’s day.
